Subject Labels & Tips in Emails
- Quick Actions may add a label to the subject (for example:

- All subject labels and tips are added locally on your device before the email is sent.
3. Settings
Recipient Email
- Set your default recipient email address (can be your own email or any other email address).
- Quick actions can modify this (for example, using a
+todo modifier to create you+todo@gmail.com).
- Quick actions can also send to completely different email addresses if configured.
- You can email yourself, others, or use email aliases for organization.
History Retention
- Choose how many sent messages to keep.
- Unsent messages (queued/failed) are always kept in the list until you delete or send them.
- Reducing retention will delete older sent messages from the in-app history.
Theme
- Choose Light, Dark, or System default theme.
- Theme applies immediately.
Close App on Send
- Automatically close the app after sending for faster workflow.
- Disable if you prefer to stay in the app after sending.

- Crash reporting is optional and turned off by default.
- Crash reports include technical data only (for example: device, Android version, app version, and stack traces).
- No message content, email details, or anything you type in the app is included in crash reports.
- You can enable or disable crash reporting at any time in Settings.
